TIG was established June 2, 1999 by Patrick J. Andrews & Robert W. Seymour in Marengo, Illinois & Destin Florida. In June 2006 the Marengo office was moved to Woodstock, Illinois and the operations division of the company was moved to our corporate office in Destin, Florida. Our seasoned investigators & supervisory staff are proud of its roots, which include former Military Personnel, Police Officers, United States Secret Services Officers and Senior Investigative personnel.

Management Profiles

Patrick J. Andrews – Co-Founder, CEO & CFO Mr. Andrews brings proven management skills and well over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Operations in both Fortune 100 companies and profitable start-up companies. He has a law enforcement background which includes United States Air Force and United States Secret Service work. Mr. Andrews also designed and developed the company’s website and infrastructure that supports TIG clients nationwide.

Mr. Andrews is a “hands-on” co-owner of TIG. In addition to the daily operations of running TIG, he will handle overflow and last minute case work for our clients when necessary.

Robert W. Seymour – Co-Founder & President – Mr. Seymour brings over 30 years of industry experience to TIG and is an expert in the insurance industry and the Private Investigative Field. Mr. Seymour has completed well over 10,000 surveillances in his 24 years of private investigative work.  His background also includes Law Enforcement, and work with the United States Air Force and United States Secret Service. Mr. Seymour manages Sales & Marketing and Operations of TIG. Mr. Seymour a “hands-on” co-owner that will handle overflow and last minute case work for our clients when necessary.

National Accounts/Marketing Staff

Stephanie Andrews-Suber – National Accounts Manager - Ms. Suber has been with  TIG since 2006.  Stephanie came to us as a trainee and focused on learning all aspects of the Insurance/Investigative business.  Her main focus was to understand our services from the ground up and be able to market these services to our current clients and the industry.  She deals with all aspects of Investigations, including reports, video, scheduling, as well as updating our clients on new services.  Stephanie has become a strong Marketing Professional as well as a recognizable force within our industry.   Florida State University, BS in Human Sciences, June 2006.

David Kizorek – National Accounts Manager - Mr. Kizorek has been with TIG since 2002.  Mr. Kizorek has 20 plus years experience as a field investigator, Operations Manager and now as a National Account Manager.  Mr. Kizorek has years of Private Investigative experience and is the younger brother of Bill Kizorek one of our industries founding fathers.  Mr. Kizorek managed alongside his brother Bill at INPHOTO Investigations until it was sold in the 90s.  Mr. Kizorek has years of experience taking statements, interviewing, conducting background investigations, writing reports, videotaping, alive & well checks, accident scene investigations and file reviews for large companies.  In addition, he has traveled to over 15 countries over five continents to conduct field investigations and interviews. Mr. Kizorek years of experience in the insurance field enables him to give our prospective clients sound advice on their files.

Operations Staff

Magdalena Andrews: Accounting – Mrs. Andrews has been with the company since its inception in 1999.  Maggie has 20 years experience in Accounting and Finance. She plays an important roll in providing all accounting functions, as well as company insurance requirements. Responsibilities include dealing directly with clients, Insurance companies, and Banking Institutions.  Maggie I sresponsible for all Finance, Banking, and Insurance related company issues.

James Dorminy – Director of Information Technology – After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, Mr. Dorminy managed a digital design and printing department of a service Bureau.  He developed a diverse skill set by administering, installing, maintaining and actively using a broad range professional design tools, business software and networking technologies. Backed by his significant knowledge of hardware and software platforms and firmly focused on customer service and production quality, he and a sales team successful developed strategies for a successful expansion into untapped corporate markets.  Mr. Dorminy used his significant experience in Information Technology to launch a company in 1999 using web technologies, photography and design to build database driven, dynamic and ecommerce websites for small to medium sized businesses.  He has 17 years experience in Information Technology encompasses a wide variety of software & hardware platforms installation, maintenance and management. This broad base of experience has given him solid preparation to architect, build, manage and maintain TIG’s management web application. Developing Networks, VPN’s and Web Applications over the past 8 years has culminated in a complete robust and secure web based case management solution.

Ashley Tuxhorn: Office Manager – Ms. Tuxhorn joined TIG in 2006 and in her current role provides consistent and accurate information to our clients. As each case is unique, Ms. Tuxhorn indentifies specific requirements and uses company resources to research and develop precise information assisting with customers’ needs and to provide a basis for our field investigators.  Ashley’s main responsibility is overseeing all functions in the office environment and ongoing training of all office staff personnel. In addition, she supervises our Case Analysts and provides ongoing training to all office personnel. In addition, she is experienced with processing surveillance media, reviewing investigative reports, and providing customer service. When not working, Ms. Tuxhorn enjoys performing French horn with The Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra and caring for her three pets.  Ashley is a 2006 graduate of Louisiana State University.

Aisha Hopkins:  Video Operations/Case Manager – Ms. Hopkins has been with the company since 2007.  Aisha started here training in video, reports, assisting other case managers and learning the process of the company from beginning to end.  Her main focus is to work with editing reports and the daily tasks of the video department.  She also helps investigators daily on cases and also works and maintains relationships with clients.  Aisha deals with all aspects of Investigations, including reports, videos, learning and keeping up to date with all the video software and equipment, and training other employees within the company.  Aisha is developing into a strong video manager for TIG.  Ashford University, BS with a  projected graduation of 2012 majoring in International Business.

Investigative Supervisors

Brian King – Regional Investigative Manager - Mr. King has been with the company since it started in was founded in 1999. Mr. King has 14 Years of Private Investigator experience. He is a proven professional with expertise in Surveillance with over 7,000 files completed. Mr. King also is trained in statements and civil/criminal investigations. No one understands TIG Protocol/ Procedures as well as Mr. King and he is an Investigative Supervisor and Investigator training. Northern Illinois University, BA in History. Janesville, WI

Damon Gowdy – National SIU Director/Regional Investigative Manager - Mr. Gowdy has been with the TIG since 2001. Mr. Gowdy has 11 Years of Private Investigator experience. He is a proven professional with expertise in surveillance SIU and Investigative day to day Operations of TIG. With over 5,000 files completed Mr. Gowdy spent 2 years as Operations Manager/ Investigative Trainer and supervised our SIU department. His professionalism and dedication has moved him into the Manager of our Special Investigations Unit where he excels in various Claims/ AOE/COE and Subrogation Investigations. Tom Wiencek - Regional Investigative Manager – Mr. Wiencek brings 8 years of Private Investigative experience to TIG. Mr. Wiencek has been with TIG since 2004 he is a proven professional with expertise in surveillance and SIU. Mr. Wiencek is an investigative trainer and supervisor, his professionalism and dedication have moved him into a management position within our organization.  Tom is Wicklander and Zulawaski Interview and Interrogation Techniques Certified, and is a State of Wisconsin Licensed Private Detective Plainfield, IL.    AA Criminal Justice, Garden City Community College, Garden City, Ka.
